Deleting your Bondly account

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data in the Bondly app — a pet health and care management app available on the App Store and Google Play and at bondly.pet.

The Bondly app is operated by its developer. For account deletion matters, you can contact us at: hello@bondly.pet

Option 1: Delete your account in the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the Bondly app:

1. Open the Bondly app and sign in to your account
2. Go to the Profile tab
3. Select Delete account
4. Confirm by typing the phrase “usuń konto”

Your account and associated data are deleted immediately upon confirmation. This action cannot be undone.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing hello@bondly.pet from the email address associated with your Bondly account, stating that you want your account deleted.

We will verify the request and delete the account within a maximum of 30 days of receiving it.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove all associated data, including:

• User account data (email address, name, profile photo)
• Pet profiles (name, species, breed, photos, weight history)
• Health data (vaccinations, vet visits, medications, parasite protection, notes)
• Events, reminders, and daily routines
• Sharing settings and push notification tokens

Retention period

Data is removed from active systems immediately upon confirmation. Backups containing your data are automatically deleted within 30 days for security reasons. After that period we retain none of your data.
